We worked with BigPanda, an algorithmic IT event management platform. We helped with designing a website and Content Management System to help effectively handle their scale and volume.
Project Overview
BigPanda has a large scale of clients and offers a platform to connect multiple systems to track infrastructure alerts. In order to help BigPanda organize all of this data and content that they handle, we had to custom-build a website and Content Management System. This way, BigPanda could focus on their own software and allow us to build out a wonderful user experience for their website.
BigPanda’s sign up rate increased significantly within the first 3 months of the Blacksmith website launch.
