To fix the disorienting page load, our solution was to deploy a modern front-end strategy focused on visual stability. We implemented best practices for loading assets, such as specifying image dimensions and optimizing font delivery. This fixed the Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) issues creating a seamless user experience from the first second.
To solve the broken mobile experience, we executed a mobile-first strategy to create a truly optimal web layout. We rebuilt the site’s grid to ensure content reflowed intelligently for maximum readability and ease of use on every screen. We paid attention to adequate padding sections and touch targets, transforming the platform into a truly user-friendly experience.
We also performed deep asset optimization. We implemented modern techniques like lazy loading to defer offscreen media, and we compressed and converted all images to lightweight formats like WebP.
