Crummer Graduate School’s website suffered from outdated architecture and poor mobile performance. A web development overhaul focused on compliance and speed optimization reduced Page Load Speed (LCP) by 67.7% and eliminated 100% of ADA errors.
The Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College is consistently ranked among the country’s top institutions for its MBA and executive education programs. However, while their academic reputation is world-class, their digital infrastructure lags. To compete globally for high-caliber students, Crummer needed a website that was technically flawlessdelivering a fast, accessible, and secure experience that reflects the institution’s excellence.
We executed a complete refactor of the front-end architecture, moving away from legacy templates to a modern, lightweight codebase. We optimized the rendering path and compressed assets, drastically improving the site’s speed and stability.
Our team developed a modular, component-based design system that included reusable, flexible content blocks that allow the internal team to easily build clean layouts with proper hierarchy. This solution eliminated the wall of text effect, ensuring content is organized, scannable, and easy to manage without touching the codebase.
To ensure the site was accessible to all potential students (and legally compliant), we deployed a rigorous ADA and GDPR remediation plan. We fixed code-level accessibility errors (like contrast issues and missing ARIA labels) and implemented full GDPR protocols for international students.
