Web Design, Public Relations

The Challenge

cision multiple sections

Complex Layout and Overloaded Messaging

The page attempts to convey a wide range of product features, insights, and PR tools simultaneously, resulting in cognitive overload. Each section introduces new concepts without a clear narrative hierarchy, making it difficult for users to know where to focus or what action to take next.

Weak Conversion Focus

While multiple CTAs exist, they lack hierarchy and visual emphasis. The primary conversion goal, which is to encouraging demo signups, is visually diluted by secondary actions and text-heavy modules.
cision old text heavy section

Overly Text-Heavy Sections

Large blocks of copy dominated much of the page without sufficient visual breaks, icons, or scannable design patterns. This made the content difficult to digest quickly, especially for users skimming to find key information.

The Solution

cision engaging interface

Engaging Interface with a Scannable Content Flow

We transformed dense paragraphs into scannable, bite-sized sections, following a clear Gutenberg-diagram visual flow. By integrating custom iconography, supportive product imagery, and ample white space, we fixed the readability problem. This new mix of media makes Cision’s complex value proposition easy to digest and holds user attention.

Cision conversion form

A Streamlined, Low-Friction Conversion Form

We transformed the old, long, and intimidating form into a streamlined, low-friction experience. By reducing the number of required fields and improving the layout, we fixed this critical pain point, making it simple for users to take the final step and convert more visitors into qualified leads.

Cision trust building segment

A Strategic Implementation of Trust Signals

We strategically deploy powerful social proof on the homepage. We designed and implemented a new “Success Stories” section. Alongside this, we developed a logo bar to showcase their high-profile clients and partners. This strategy provides instant, verifiable authority and builds trust with new visitors.
